John 9: 4 Jesus did the work that he was sent to do, which, for this man, meant receiving his sight for the first time. I am personally connected to this scripture story as someone who has been blessed by heaven, throughout my life, in tangible, meaningful ways. The light, subdued colors in this painting are a nod to the heavenly origins of this act.
