Stori Marani Rkatsiteli-Mtsvane 2013 (750ml) Pinot Noir and Pinot Auxerrois 60% estate grown fruit fromOlder Amber wine made from indigenous grapes using traditional Georgian Quervi (amphorae). I tasted this wine over two days and twice on the first day. The recommendation from a local sommelier was to chill it and decant for a couple of hours. Fortunately I poured a splash into my glass before decanting. The initial tasting was intriguing. The wine was medium amber and slightly cloudy. Most impressive was the funkiness on the nose (volatile acidity)
