Day Zero upcycle These soft and breathable beauties5. 5% Barrel Fermented Farmhouse Ale This beer was an experiment gone right! We filled a hogshead barrel with our base brett saison and dry hopped it on the very first day of fermentation with 6g L of Ella hops. 12 months later we bottle conditioned the elixir that came from the barrel and the results speak for themselves!
