Immich-Batterieberg Wermut NV (750 ml) Cadillac - Cotes de Bordeaux “Cascadia” — that mythical landFor the Immich Batterieberg Wermut Riesling & Artemisia Absinthium, the base wine from the Enkircher Ellergrub was harvested in 2018. The ungrafted vines are 300m above the Moselle on steep slopes on the typical blue slate. The vermouth from Immich Batterieberg is a real terroir drink, because the botanicals all come from the Ellergrub site. In addition to the wormwood herb (Artemisia absinthium), which gives it its name, there are also wild hawthorn
