In my Dreams Formula 1 Racing Print Part of our October exhibition6" x 6" x 2. 25" clay sculpture by Julie Latayan. This hand built clay box has been hand painted with a whale swimming in the ocean. Latayan carves text on the edge of the box, highlighting the artists whimsical nature. Julie Latayan merges sculpting and painting in her work, finishing her ceramic sculptures in acrylic paint. Her inspiration come from the rich diversity of humanitys quirks and emotions. Julie feels a heartbeat in every piece of clay
