Large Antique Ceramic Bowl from Italy with Handpainted Village Scene Antique A unique 1857 New YorkA refined, large ceramic bowl with intricately hand painted motif encircling the rim of the bowl surrounding a quaint village scene at its center. Bowl is finished in a soft buttermilk glaze with brown accents. Circa 1920's. Bowl has the maker's mark on the underside and is possibly Societa Ceramica C. C. R. of Laveno estab. in 1856. It was found in Leccethe, Italy. DIMENSIONS: 5. 25"H x 13. 5"in Diam.
