This listing is for a Mashiko ware chawan made 45 years ago by noted potter, Matsubara Naoyuki. It is wheel thrown and decorated with akae, green and iron oxide brushwork over a nuka rice husk ash glazed base. This piece is quite solid and perfect for the cooler months. The stamp of the potter can be found on the bottom, and it comes with
